• Once an order is placed, it takes us 5-7 days to process and ship it from our warehouse.
• Once your order is shipped, you can expect to receive it within 2-4 business days, depending on where you are located.

We accept returns on items that are unshipped or that are in original packaging, unused, and unwashed within 7 days of receipt in case of any defect or size issue after delivery.

Once a product has been manufactured, we cannot accept cancellations. This is because all of our orders are created on demand and are custom made specifically for each customer.
